The clerk of courts is mandated by law to safely keep and maintain records. It is the Clerks Policy to comply to all federal, state and local public records laws.
The Clerk of Courts office provides public viewing and/or copies of court records through the record room located at 2310 Second Street, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. You may also access records from 1992 through our website on the records link: http://www.cfmunicourt.com/disclaimer.htm
The public records request form is available in the Clerk's Office Records Room or you may access the form here: Public Records Request Form. Requests for public records may be made by mail, phone, fax or in person.
